A spacious semi-detached apartment offers space for a larger family or a group of friends. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and three with single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for two. The lush backyard has easy access to illuminated hiking trails and, in winter, to the ski slope. The quiet front yard is for the tenant's own use. There is a parking space in the yard for a couple of cars. The bus stop (TKL) is 200 m away, Tampere city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We can't accommodate animals due to allergies.

Peaceful and spacious flat with its own entrance in Koivistonkylä, Tampere, on the ground floor of a detached house. In the garden, there is free parking for two cars and a lovely glazed patio! For 1–4 people: two beds in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, sauna, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, WC, and bathroom with washing machine. The location is excellent: just about a 10-minute drive to the town centre and 100 metres to the bus stop. Well-behaved pets are welcome (small additional charge).

The lake and the adjacent rapids area are popular with fishermen. The Birgitta trail hiking trail and the Lempäälä canoeing trail run alongside. 2 km to the cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from which you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7km.

My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can spend time in your own yard with a terrace and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna with a shower area, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna room has 2 single beds. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air heat pumps + in winter with a pot oven. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and mini oven. Pets are welcome.

Lähin kauppa ja ravintola on Narvassa 9km:n päässä. Mökin vuokraan kuuluu liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja laudeliinat.

Keskustorille tai Särkänniemeen kävelee noin 10 minuutissa. Sängyt on parvella valmiiksi pedattuina ja siivous sisältyy hintaan. Ruuanlaittoon löytyy kaikki perusvälineet. Lämpimästi tervetuloa!
