In the bedroom there are two comfortable hotel box-spring beds, In the living area a bedside cabinet from which another comfortable double bed can be folded. Renovated in 2023, the bathroom has a bathtub, a walk-in docuhe and a double sink. The toilet is separate and outside the bathroom. Upon entering, you first see the completely renovated kitchen. Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

De 2e verdieping is een open vliering en biedt 8 slaapplekken, waarvan 1 deels afgesloten slaapkamer. In het bruisende Pieterburen kunt u diverse restaurants en de zeehondencreche bezoeken, wadlopen of aan het Pieterpad beginnen. (Voor de houtgestookte hottub graag vooraf aanmelden. Er geldt een toeslag per dag, beperkte openingstijden en u dient zelf deze 2 uur van te voren op te stoken).

Our cottage is close to the beach of Lake Lauwersmeer and is beautifully located in nature. The space, tranquility, light and location in the Lauwersmeer National Park will appeal to you. Lutje Wad is suitable for people who want to enjoy the peace and nature and for families. There are also 2 bicycles, a barbecue and a fire basket. Around the cottage is a spacious garden with 2 terraces. A large playground for children is accessible to everyone at the campsite on the lake.
