Discover our beautiful studio in the heart of Winsum, perfect for hikers of the Pieterpad! Close to the station, supermarket and restaurants. A private entrance always comes in and out. You have a private bedroom with shower and toilet, cozy living space and compact kitchen. Everything is entirely yours alone! Standard without breakfast. The kitchenette makes breakfast easy, and the supermarket is around the corner. Located on the upper floor, so you will need to climb a flight of stairs

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Cottage in Pieterburen

A good and quiet place in Pieterburen, within walking distance of the "center" and the ideal place to mudflat walk from here, start or cycle the Pieterpad. It is a detached cottage with a bedroom, toilet, bathroom and a living room. The bedroom has one double bed with storage for your luggage and clothes. The living room still offers the possibility to turn the large sofa into a sofa bed for two extra sleeping places. Parking is free, easily accessible by public transport.

Delfzijl (Uitwierde), Cottage with a view

Our simple accommodation with a magnificent view is located near Delfzijl, in the beautiful village of Uitwierde! A bed, sofa, toilet, shower and a small kitchen where you can prepare a simple meal is all you need. The cottage is ideal for those who love peace and simplicity. Groningen is easily accessible by train or car (approx. 32 km), as well as historic Appingedam with its hanging kitchens (approx. 6 km), the Eems and dike within walking distance.

We rent out our complete bed and breakfast per week (in July/August), midweek and weekend. This is located in the picturesque center of Winsum, near Lauwersoog (for a day in Schiermonnikoog), Groningen, Delfzijl, Leens and just the Hogeland with many sights. with a family or group of friends (maximum 12 people) you can have a very nice and original holiday. There are made-up beds, 2 complete bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen, a beautiful private garden.

The apartment is 3.5 km from the mudflats, the area exudes tranquility with beautiful views.

Kinkhoorn nature house

If you are looking for peace and space, then this nature cottage is ideal. It is a guest house built on an old seawall from around 1200. The unobstructed view from the living room/kitchen is fantastic. There is a lovely seating area outside facing south. The cottage is part of the main building, but separated by carport and with privacy.

Relax after a day of hiking in the rural surroundings of Sauwerd or a visit to the city of Groningen. Within a 3-minute walk, you will find the train that takes you to Groningen in 10 minutes or to Winsum in 4 minutes, from where you can walk the Pieterpad.
