Separated from the main house by a courtyard, the apartment is in a converted barn on 3 levels. On the middle level, there is a bathroom and kitchenette and a queen-size box-spring bed. A steep staircase leads to a loft with a double bed. The entrance area (lower level) is located with a glass front facing the courtyard. The bathroom, kitchen and gallery have windows to the garden. 6 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn subway station to Frankfurt (about 30 minutes to the city), good connection to the A3. Currently 2G!

The apartment consists of a living room with a beautiful corner couch, which can be pulled out to a double bed with a width of 140 cm. A 16 sqm bedroom with a 1.6 m wide double bed. A 10 sqm bedroom with a 1.4 m wide double bed. Fully equipped kitchen, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dining table. Daylight bathroom with shower. Beautiful garden with outdoor lounge for nice summer evenings.
