Nice, family-friendly house with large garden

Lovely house surrounded by vineyards with lovely rooms, large kitchen and wild garden with trampoline, cable car and swing. There's a wood-burning stove, room for many about the large board table, and plenty of space to both relax on the sofa, in the bathtub, or play badminton in the garden and board games in the living room. There are bedrooms, a children's room with a dinosaur bed, and a guest room with peace in the living room. We use the house as a holiday home with our children and welcomes anyone who wants to have a family and pleasantly welcome.

Die Küche ist überkomplett ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Umluft-Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, etc. Im Keller befinden sich ein Vorratsraum und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine (kostenlos). Breakfast on the terrace can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle. For barbecue evenings there is a weaver grill. The living room offers a fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, Bluetooth system. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds, offer plenty of space to store. The bathroom has a bathtub and a floor-to-ceiling shower.

Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Our accommodation is 110m2 for a family with two adults and two children. There's plenty of play stuff for the kids to take a break from the beach. A fire place and trampoline in the garden as well as some exercise equipment for the adults, if you want to. The bedroom consists of a 140cm bed. One nursery with a single bed and one nursery with a junior bed. Klintholm Harbour is a little gem on Møn close to water, beach, forest and lots of charming harbour environment.

Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located far from tourism in the quiet town of Pruchten. It is surrounded by meadows and horse paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house is the bike path towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.
