Everything is included: equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, WiFi, TV, private parking space. The tram stop is only 3 minutes away from us. In 25-30 minutes you can reach the center. Quiet, green location near several sights (Schönbrunn, Hermessvilla, Lainzer Tiergarten...). We look forward to you.

The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
