Effortless Elegance in the Historic 9th District of Vienna

We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. We will provide you with a receipt for the city tax at the check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience but this newly introduced law must be adhered to. Gorgeous Viennese Apartment/10 min to City Center

Die wunderschöne und gemütliche Altbauwohnung im 7. Bezirk mit Parkettböden und zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern bietet allen erdenklichen Komfort. Ein Schlafsofa ist ebenfalls vorhanden, daher für fünf bis sechs Leute geeignet. Zahlreiche öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die U-Bahn ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt, mit dem Bus gelangt man binnen 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Die Mariahilferstraße ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar! Günstige gesicherte Parkgarage vorhanden! Wlan+TV.

Modern ambience in a fantastic downtown location with a view over the roofs of Vienna. The apartment is sunny, quiet, with high-quality construction, functional design, nice atmosphere and air conditioning! The apartment is located on the 7th floor. A narrow staircase leads to the roof terrace overlooking the town hall and the magnificent buildings of the 1st district. Best traffic location: Metro and tram are right around the corner, an underground car park is in the block next door.

The apartment is ideal for short or long-term stays, located at the end of the quiet courtyard of the Gründerzeithaus in Westbahnstrasse. Exceptional living, a mix of old and new. Bright, beautiful and quiet flat in the center - top location! Two rooms. Two bed (one big very comfortable double bed and in the other room one very comfortable proper single bed). Internet. Towels. Very clean. Great for couples, friends and business people. The apartment is on the first floor (or the second if you consider the ground floor as the first floor - it is not on the ground floor!) and there is an elevator.

Praterloft 35 (WU Campus, Messe)

We used high-quality materials throughout the Praterloft flats (we are architects after all!) We are sure you will be delighted by the solid hardwood floors, wood windows and a matching color scheme. There are 14ft vaulted ceilings throughout and plenty of natural light from the south-facing windows. The flats are furnished with a mix of antiques and modern classics and even custom made pieces.
