I stay in Tokyo every summer and winter vacation, but I couldn't find the following accommodation, so I decided to make it myself. * Spacious enough for a family of 5 * There is a play room that can be enjoyed even on rainy days * Close to the station and good access to the city center * There is a big park nearby * There are many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants nearby We thought there might be families with similar needs around the world, so we decided to list our home on Airbnb in the hopes that other families would use it while we were away. Shinjuku Station is 15 minutes away, and Wadabori Park, the largest in Tokyo, is nearby, where you can enjoy cherry blossoms and autumn leaves. Koeda House is just a 3-minute walk from Fuda Station and 6 minutes from Chofu Station. Direct buses run between Chofu and Haneda & Narita Airports and Tokyo Disney Resort. From Chofu, it’s just 4 stops(18 minutes) to Shinjuku by express train and 22 minutes to Shibuya. A calm, green area with convenient access to Shinjuku. I’m originally from Kyoto and have lived in this area for many years. As a local host living nearby, I’m always happy to be there if you need any help during your stay.
