Great location. Easy to walk to local sights. Beautiful neighbourhood. The place was spotless, and had more amenities than we expected. Being able to get off the train, walk across the road to the main resistay office and then be shuttled directly to our door is great.

Friendly and helpful host! Although the check-in location is quite a distance from the accommodation, a free shuttle bus is provided. The room and bathroom are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. There’s also a convenience store within walking distance, which was very convenient. We would stay here again if we’re in Kyoto! ❤️

RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI

Good location (about 15 minutes walk to Katsuragawa Station, then train takes 6 minutes to Kyoto Station), spacious and clean place. Comfortable sleep. Can get colder inside during the night but A/C can heat the inside well. Recommended!

The location is also very good, and it was very good to go around temples and shrines. There was an aquarium nearby, so I suddenly decided to go from 18:30. The room was spacious, very beautiful, and easy to use. I will also use it when I visit nearby.Thank you very much.

This was my second time to use it.The room was new, especially the bedding and water area was clean and comfortable.I was visiting with my own car, but they arranged for parking on the premises, so it was very helpful to move my luggage in and out.It is well conveyed that the building is not only new, but also beautifully maintained, and I feel the owner's thoughtfulness.I didn't find it particularly inconvenient for three people this time, but I think this room type is large enough for two people to use this room type.This place is a little bit off the main street, quiet at night, and it's a good idea to go anywhere by car.I would like to visit the room if I have the opportunity to go to Kyoto again.

The stay was very cozy and comfy. the entire house is well planned while also being cultural due to the Tatami room. They have lots of spaces and doors to help in segregation of space when staying with multiple people. Geeat place for the money!

Great location! It's easy to walk to many temples as well as Nishiki Market. Nice apartment. The kitchen is really basic, though, just one burner. The only food provisions provided are coffee and tea packets. It was pretty quiet. We used the washer/dryer (laundry soap provided). The clothes come out cold and a bit damp, so we hung them up various places in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved this place. Comfortable, spacious room. Super comfy mattress. So beautifully designed. Felt very clean and cozy. Perfect for our little family. Easy access around town via the bus. Most bus routes are between 4-12 minutes walk from the Airbnb. Metro is close too, but it’s easiest to get around Kyoto by bus.

Great place! It was a lot bigger than what we expected! Very clean and was super quiet place. I liked the location a lot. Definitely will stay again!

I only stayed here for one night, neede a place on the fly when I changed my plans. I will be saving this room, it was so comfortable and it was in a great location. I was solo traveling but if you have two people the bathroom is big enough to get ready in (won’t feel cramped). Right above a good sandwich place. Saved the sandwich for the next day to cover breakfast before I started my day trip. Overall really a great place in a busy location (Near Nishiki Market).

Spacious apartment with comfy 2 person beds. Kitchen with facilities, and a nice living section. The bathroom was very big, with washing machine and had all needed amenities. The ground floor has a washroom with larger washing machines and dryers. Books in the lobby and a shared kitchen, all looking clean and inviting. The hotel is easy to reach from the station and within walking distance of a small convenience store, many restaurants, a huge temple complex and a Japanese garden. Busstop is around the corner to reach all major destinations in Kyoto.

Location was amazing and it was perfect for family of 4. Very cozy and comfortable. May was very accommodating and very helpful.
