Monthly Rentals in Higgins Beach, Scarborough

Bev is a wonderful host, and the cottage was exactly what we needed while we were visiting my parents nearby. Check-in was very easy, and the cottage was impeccable and well-appointed. We had everything we needed, and a short walk to beautiful Higgins Beach to boot! We definitely plan to visit again.

The rental was perfect for a quiet getaway. All of the appliances and furniture were very clean, modern and comfortable. The stairs to reach the loft are large and easy to navigate. A great find for a solo traveler or couple!

We loved our stay at the Gull Cottage!! Karen and Steve were great hosts, incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The guide book and guest book were great touches as well, and we would happily stay again next time we come up to Maine! We could not recommend the Gull Cottage more if you’re looking for a great and cozy place to stay near Portland!

We loved staying at this cozy, comfortable cottage. It's tucked behind another building so it took a minute for us to find it, but that also gave us lots of privacy and it's just a great place. Thank you!
