Rio was such a kind and gracious host. He was so friendly and enjoyable to interact with. Always responsive and attentive to our needs, gave excellent recommendations, and is an all around great guy. Will definitely come back!!

This was our 3rd time staying at Patti's -- and we will back for a 4th! Which at first sounded crazy to us. My girlfriend and I enjoy traveling and finding new places is always fun but this air bnb is worth the repeat returns! Patti does so much to make sure it's a special stay by curating a beautiful home with thoughtful touches. It's become a tradition to visit this place and enjoy nature, the hot tub plus all the nearby small towns. Looking forward until the next time.

Perfect spot for a weekend to visit the local towns. Has everything you need for a great price. was able to cook full meals while watching the wall mounted TV. Nice outdoor area as well, even though it was cold, I still spent a lot of time on that back patio.

Sean and Hope’s place is a creative and spacious oasis within walking distance to downtown Rosendale and the Rail Trail. It’s very evident the space was designed by imaginative artists with good taste. I especially loved the book-filled office space overlooking the river. Sean and Hope are the perfect hosts; they give complete privacy while also going out of their way to offer unique and fun things to do in the area. They were wonderful to run into in passing.
