THE JACUZZI IS AVAILABLE FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER. NO EXCEPTIONS. Outside this period, the jacuzzi is winterised and cannot be used, even on request. Le Vert Paysage-adults only is a charming and modern gîte located at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes, near the town of Malmedy. It is the ideal place for an exotic and relaxing stay in the countryside. We hope that our guests will feel at home and that they will fully enjoy everything that our beautiful region has to offer.

Just a few steps away from the beautiful Natural Reserve the High Fens, we offer you a modern and comfortable studio, you have private access entry, a King size bed , a nice kitchen table with 4 chairs , a large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a rain shower and wash basin , and a separate toilet all for you. A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spacious studio, and access to your private spacious terrace.

La Maison de Fred is a beautiful accommodation for 4 people, cozy, where you will find everything you need to feel good. Have the privilege of staying in our cottage without neighbors in the heart of the countryside in a quiet setting and in a warm atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries. A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.
