Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.

It is the starting point for hikes in the area, e.g. Rothaarsteig and Sauerland. Shopping and bus stops are within walking distance. The nearest train station/bus station is one kilometer away. From the sunny balcony, you have a great view of the neighboring forests and over the city. The apartment is bright and spacious.

House in a rural area

The place offers plenty of room for the whole family. Located directly on the Rothaarsteig, you can make wonderful excursions on foot or by bike. If you want to go for a short walk in the evening, the nearby Tretbecken invites you to linger. The house, located on the outskirts of Hilchenbach-Grund, is surrounded by meadows and forests. In the immediate vicinity is a small horse stable. There is a ski slope and a toboggan run in the neighboring village.

The apartment is 75 square meters and also includes a sauna for 4 people (a 3-hour use per stay is included, further uses for a fee). The city is the starting point of numerous hiking trails and cycling routes in the Sauerland-Rothaargebirge Nature Park.
