Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Hilton Head Island

The Lakefront Carriage House is beautifully situated on a private lake in a residential neighborhood right between Savannah and Tybee, making it the perfect home-away-from-home for enjoying the area. We appreciated the bright, modernist decor, and the host was very friendly and responsive. I wish the gas tank for the fire pit was full, and I would definitely recommend bringing bug spray, but overall we loved our stay and can't wait to return!

The house was perfect! It was very open with plenty of room! We loved the openness of the kitchen into the dining room and into the living room! That’s where we stayed the most! All the beds were so comfortable! It was wonderful experience!

Victor’s place was great! Perfect for a family with small kids. The location was a short walk to the beach (even with young kids it was short and easy). Also a short walk via walking path to Coligny Plaza; all in all a perfect location. Victor was super easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic time staying at Brittni's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, the space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! The backyard view is amazing! We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Brittni's and their property highly enough. We had a great multi-gen family vacation at this home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with easy boardwalk access point. The hosts provided an impressive array of beach essentials (chairs, wagons, umbrellas & beach towels) which made our beach days even more enjoyable and stress-free. The home itself was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made a big difference (things like suitcase stands in the BRs, plenty of hangers, towels & blankets, and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for a large group). Loved the extra fridge for beverages. The layout was ideal for a big family or group of friends, giving us space to gather while also offering privacy when needed. The beds were super comfy! We appreciated the kid-friendly features — large splash area in pool, tons of games, high chair and portacrib for our grands. We highly recommend this property and the hosts, Marty & Andrea, who really went above & beyon

We had a wonderful stay at Laura's house. It was in a beautiful location within Sea Pines, surrounded by biking trails and very convenient to South Beach, Harbor Town, and Coligny. The house itself worked very well for our family of six, was very comfortable, well appointed, and clean. Laura was extremely helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous day at this sweet guesthouse w our baby and small dog! It was so nice to have access to the club amenities nearby too. Ellen is remarkably responsive and helpful with all stages of planning.

The space was really great! We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (as described), and the yard was beautiful. The location was convenient for us to visit the charming downtown of Bluffton (lots of nice restaurants and boutiques) and to attend events at Palmetto Bluff (about a 15 minute drive). Everything was impeccably clean and surprisingly spacious. The bed was huge and very comfortable. A great bonus was Cahill's Chicken Kitchen right across the street: we ate breakfast there twice! Andrea was easy to communicate with very friendly. I think we may visit again and stay here for longer: we heard great things about boat tours in the area and there a plenty of golf opportunities.

The unit was perfect for us. It was centrally-located and close to the beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc., while also nestled in the treetops. Parking was convenient and the area was quiet. The condo was clean and everything felt relatively newly-furnished. We were very happy with the place. Minor complaint was that dishes fit awkwardly in the dishwasher but we manuevered around that.

Me and my family were very pleased by the condo from the very beginning. It was clean, cozy, and felt like home. Rana responded very quickly and answered any questions that I had. There was plenty of room for my whole family whether we were sleeping or sitting around. I highly recommend staying here!

Spacious house in a great community. Evian is a super location on HHI that is centrally located to lots of amenities. The townhouse is located right across from the pool and tennis courts and a short bike ride to the beach. The house backs onto a lagoon that provides a good setting to have coffee or a drink. Margaret was easy to deal with and provided clear and concise instructions. Hilton Head is one of our familie’s favourite places to visit, hopefully we’ll be back again someday soon.

We absolutely loved this location. Anne was a fantastic host and we would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay on Hilton Head Island.

We loved the location in Shipyard, private but near the beach and restaurants we frequented. The villa was extremely clean with up-to-date appliances and finishes. Would definitely stay again if the right opportunity comes up.

Summer was so amazingly responsive! And their home was very comfy and welcoming! So convenient to have golf cart and access to a private beach. Kids couldn’t get enough of it! Beds were so comfy.

Amazing location. Just steps away from the beach and pool. Perfect spot for our family of 5 to enjoy a great family vacation! We have stayed in quite a few places with our family over the years and this one ranks among the best. The kitchen had everything we needed and we also used the grill once. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the space. Hope to return to this unit again!

I cannot say enough great things about renting from the boys of HHI. They were so responsive thru out my booking process, leading up to the trip and during my stay. The house was wonderful and they had so many touches that made you feel right at home. The house had everything we needed and more for our stay. It is so rare to stay at an AirBnB and have the luxury of staying at a hotel (shampoo, body wash, coffee, snacks etc) but that’s what they provide. Highly recommend!

We love staying in the Shipyard community. People and dogs are friendly and great within the community and the beach. Biking is easy and fun. Our condo was quiet and peaceful. Would stay again!🙏🩵👍✌️🏖️

First time visitors from the UK. The house was perfect for our stay with all our needs catered for. The house was really clean, had a well stocked kitchen, comfy sofas, great bathrooms. Beach chairs & towels were a great help. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay there again, highly recommend. We hired bikes and rode to the beach every day, it took just 5 mins to get there - we started each morning with a ride on the beach and saw dolphins each day. You can cycle down the beach to Coligny in about 30 mins. We loved Palmetto Dunes, a great location to stay in and to use as a base for exploring the island. We made use of the pickleball courts and golf range. It was great cycling around PD and seeing gators from a safe distance! Erin was the perfect host, very responsive & informative both before and during our stay. Erin went out of her way for a specific request and couldn't have been more accommodating. Thank you Erin, you have a beautiful home.

We loved the place and would absolutely stay here again! Awesome location between the beach and great restaurants/playgrounds - all walkable. Super clean and great layout for my husband and I + our 2-year-old to sleep in her own room.

I give this airbnb a 5/5. It was very clean and well equipped for people traveling from another state. Very spacious for a family and provided swimming toys for the pool and beach.
