Living room have 55" smart TV and IPTV. Private salt water swimming pool with jacuzzi. Private garden with sun beds and outdoor shower. Outside area have dining & seating area with ceiling fan. Electric 8THB per kwh and water 60THB per m3 is not included and have to be paid separately by usage before check out. 2 car on property.
