Die sonnige Penthaus-Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg in Anif. Sie bietet mit 78 m2 genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche, 1 Waschküche, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad und 1 WC zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett für Zwei. Highlight ist die Massagedusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne im Bad und der Pool im Garten. Die Wohnung ist gut mit dem Auto, sowie Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In der Sommersaison darf gerne der Pool im Außenbereich benutzt werden. Ich bin sehr oft im Ausland unterwegs. Jedoch ist meine Tochter oft da uns steht Ihnen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt, eine Tankstelle, ein Modegeschäft und ein Drogeriemarkt schnell erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. The 80sqm apartment for up to max. 5 people impresses with a unique view of the famous ski mountain "Nachtsöllberg", which is located in the middle of the ski area "Wilder Kaiser Brixental". The highlight of the apartment is the free "spa area" with hot-pot and sauna for private use.

The unique design of the Appartement provides total comfort for everyone in the family. The fully equipped Kitchen (oven,dishwasher,kv automatic,toaster,kettle,induction top) serves comfort. The bathroom design (Shower+tear,hair dryer) guarantees refreshment. The spacious living room or terrace provides a comfortable rest. Our guests can use our Sauna,Jacuzzi and the outside experience with pools,jacuzzi and counterflow function!!!!!

Apartment Wiener-roither mit Whirlpool

The apartment is located on the middle floor of the house and can therefore be entered at ground level. The house is in a very quiet location, 600 m from the Steinbergbahn ski lift, which allows access to the Saalbach, Hingerglemm, Leogang ski resort. Behind the house is a large forest and you have a direct view of the Steinberge. Highlight of the apartment is certainly the conservatory and the hot tub. Pool hours: 7 am to 9 pm!
