Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of Bamberg Town Hall, stylishly decorated with antiques. The front building was erected in 1530, and the water side followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house, it was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The façade was restored in May 2026 with great attention to detail and is now once again shining in all its glory next to the town hall. The house was purchased by my grandparents in 1968; before that, it had been a pharmacy for 200 years.

The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Shopping facilities are located in the neighboring village, which can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. There is also a swimming lake. Obergreuth offers a good starting point for exploring around Bamberg, Franconian Switzerland and various beer gardens.
