There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Possibility of long-term rental from 1 January to 20 June 2026 and from 20 August 2026. Price by agreement.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Modern apartment of 43 sqm with 15 sqm balcony overlooking the sea and morning sun. Large park with playground, volleyball field and barbecue area. Dock with swimming facilities right outside the door and 5 min walk to the city center. 1 min walk to grocery store and a small bakery, and 2 min walk to the parking garage and the Science Center. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room that turns out to a double bed. TV, music system and wifi are available. Floor heating and ventilation in all rooms.

The cottage has a welcoming living room with spectacular views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spa where you can relax after a long day. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 cm), Bedroom 2 has a family bunk bed for 3 and is separate from the main apartment (see photos). The living room offers a sofa bed with soft toppers and a double sleeping alcove ( 75x165 cm). 55" smart TV with Chromecast. Idyll in Sørlandet by Tovdalselva near Dyreparken

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by the Tovdalselva river. The apartment is totally newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with kids) and groups. The bedrooms are arranged for two families on the trip, but are also great for a group of friends on a fishing trip. The Tovdalselva is a recognized salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

The apartment is located in the basement of the seaside house in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. In the living room there is both a seating area and dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/seafront is agreed with the host.
