There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the building. Small boat harbour nearby, garden on the front of the house. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Here you live in a quiet environment with a short distance to both the archipelago, the city, swimming areas and nature. Our accommodation is located in the middle of the charming village down on the quay, where you can enjoy the view of the water, stroll along the piers or take the boat straight over to Arendal in 3 minutes.

Bright apartment in new house(2018), a bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine! Kitchenette to cook! Living room with sofa, table and chair, double bed and large closet in bedroom. Sofa bed and possibility of additional mattress. There is a coffee maker in the kitchen. Kid-friendly apartment and outdoor areas. Possibility to borrow baby bed. Perfect for single/couple, with a small child . Sofa bed can be turned out, but unfortunately is very hard. Parking is just outside. Not electricity. Car charging, but charging stations close by

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Sjøstua

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, all for itself with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with great views. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be more to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature

The space is suitable for two people, with the possibility of two extra sleeping places on the sofa bed in the living room (1.40). The city's park with a bathing jetty, volley ball, and skateboard court is nearby. Bakery, seafood and grocery store are nearby. There is about 8 minutes walk along the jetty to many enticing outdoor restaurants in the center of Arendal.

The residence is about 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, attic, bathroom, laundry room and living room with open kitchen solution. The residence has sea glow and it is 80 m down to the city fjord. Only 5 min to go to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery, cafe, etc.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Homborsund by the sea, close to Zoo

Small apartment over a double garage rented in idyllic Homborsund Near the lake and about 25 minutes to Dyreparken. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hobs).) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. Plus two sleeping gowns. Flattening with barbecue and large outdoor area. Initially takes up to 2 adults and 2 children.
