The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

We rent out our Sørland house in idyllic and historic Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresque southern idyll with great views of Galtesund and Arendal. Two minutes walk to the ferry dock, where the charming passenger ferry "Kolbjørn" takes you to/from Arendal city center in a few minutes several times an hour. Nice bathing opportunities nearby and a short distance to pearls such as Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva etc. Charming and sheltered terrace and garden with sun from morning to evening. Perfect for fun on late summer evenings.

Cozy studio apartment in a good location - space for 3 people. The apartment is above the garage with a small terrace on the outside. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Towels and bed linen is included. Washing is done by yourself, but can be ordered for an additional 400 NOK. The place is expected to be left clean and tidy, if cleaning is not ordered as an extra. The cabin has been newly renovated with a Sigdal kitchen, a new veranda, an awning, a Weber barbecue, a fire pit and an outdoor fireplace. Sleeps up to 6. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature
