Holiday rentals with beach access in Historic District, Wilmington

This Airbnb was exactly what I needed it to be on a short getaway! It is a beautiful location with beach access right next door and many local restaurants and activities just minutes away. The space was just as described and the hosts were responsive and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this stay to others!

Amazing hosts! Andres and Emily are extremely responsive and give great instructions. Kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast on the patio desires.

The place was beautiful, very big. Walk to the boardwalk and beach very easy. A lot of restaurants to walk at. Host was very nice. I will definitely rent again, I’m so ready . Also loved all the windows with the sun shining in. We’ll be back !!!

Shelby and Donna are great hosts. They both went above and beyond and we are so thankful for all of their help to make our vacation happen!

The Loft was neat and clean with everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and most days we walked to dinner as well. Exactly what we were looking for!

Skipper was so kind, communicated quickly, and the place was perfect. It’s so close to the beach, a cute space with everything you need, and clean and cozy. It’s pet friendly which is a necessity for us. Unfortunately our dog was barking a lot one morning and the neighbors called Skipper to complain. Skipper was still so kind about it in the message and was understanding of our situation which otherwise would have made us anxious. Kindness goes such a long way. Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Kara is the property manager and she was SUPER sweet, helpful and responsive. The beds were very comfortable and I LOVED how you can rent the golf carts (someone previously mentioned battery would die quick but that’s if your gone hours & hours just like you’d run out of gas) everything was nearby and we saved a lot of money and time with the golf carts due to parking, access to beach and price to rent. If you were to actually rent one from certain places it was WELL over $200/day. So Loreen was doing us a favor and making it more affordable lol The place was very clean ! I am a neat freak and super clean myself so I was on the look out 👀 but this place was very clean. Only reason I can’t go back is definitely NOT due to the place itself but because my senior dog couldn’t make it upstairs 😔 from now on we have to take stairs inconsideration. That’s because of our dog NOT this place This place is definitely 10/10 loved it and made some best memories with my family ❤️❤️❤️🥹

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, simple, and not cluttered, which made it feel super relaxing. The covered parking was a nice touch, and the small patio set was perfect for sitting outside. There was plenty of space for the two of us and our 10-year-old beagle. Only small issue was the ROKU remote batteries were dead in the living room TV but I just downloaded the Roku app on my phone and honestly, it worked even better. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach (maybe 6 minutes), and a convenience store nearby for anything you need. Tons of restaurant options within a 10 to 30 minute drive. The AC kept us cool, and the shower got nice and hot—no complaints! We’d definitely stay here again.

This place had the most gorgeous views! Everything was exactly how the host said it would be. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

The location of this home is perfect! Direct access to the beach with no obstruction of beach views. Host had excellent communication with us and we would definitely stay in this home in the future.

Absolutely amazing ! Everything you could need! Beach towels, beach toys, literally 200 ft walk to the beach it was wonderful for our family with 4 little ones ! Plenty of space to sleep 9 adults and 4 littles !

We had a great Labor Day weekend here! Our family of 6 was very comfortable in this home. It was a short (and easy, speaking from taking 4 kids back and forth) walk to the beach on a beautiful little street. We also enjoyed the Tiki bar for dinner one night - I would recommend sitting outside on the boardwalk/bar area. You are on the beach! We enjoyed our mutual connection to the south Jersey shore :). Thank you for a great and easy stay. We only wish it had been longer.

We stayed here for a weekend and it was absolutely amazing!! You are a 2 minute walk from the beach and have so many restaurants to choose from, all on the same street as you! The condo itself has an amazing view and it was spotless. Highly recommend!!

The hosts were really nice, helpful, & responsive. The location was as advertised & we were able to walk to a restaurant/bar & go to the beach as often as the weather permitted. The home was pretty but I’m a little sad they didn’t have the outdoor fairy lights on the porch like in the picture. Overall 9.8/10, we will be coming back soon!

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

After arriving in Carolina Beach and my previous rental not looking as described. I had to find a place quick. I booked it and she responded to me right away. She was able to assist us with anything we needed. She reached out several times to be sure that we were satisfied, enjoyed our stay and if we needed anything . The place was beautiful, clean quiet and many places in walking distance. I will definitely book again in the future

Charming bungalow near all the activities . Kid friendly and local bar scene didn’t keep us up at night. Walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream and stores. Michelle’s attention to small details is the best I have experienced in an AirBNB.

Loved our weekend here! Had a little Bach trip and the location was perfect and just as described. Perfect walking distance to the strip and shops. Ryan was a very responsive host. Had a minor hiccup during the stay and Ryan was on top of it very quickly. Wonderful condo and beautiful area. Thank you for having us.

Andrew was a great host! The condo was perfect for our family of five plus our dog. Very convenient and spacious. Andrew stayed in contact throughout the stay and any questions or issues, he was quick to respond and resolve! Would stay there again!
