Bold, Colourful Home in Leslieville, Toronto

Wake up to coffee at the breakfast bar, unwind with late afternoon drinks on the sunny deck or chill out with a movie on the large screen TV on a cold day. This stylish open-plan apartment features pop art, original brick walls, and whimsical touches to bring a homey atmosphere to the neutral color scheme. This stylish, self contained 2nd & 3rd floor 2 bedroom apartment is fully equipped to supply you with a home away from home. 3rd floor -- 1/2 bath and master bedroom with firm queen bed and fold down chaise - suitable for occasional, additional overnight guests (with our approval). 2nd floor -- 2nd bedroom with pillow-top queen bed, gorgeous bathroom (large rain head shower - no bathtub), living room with HUGE TV, laundry facilities and a full kitchen complete with beautiful stainless fridge with ice maker, gourmet chef's gas range, microwave, dishwasher, & quartz counters with 4 stools. Incredible 2nd floor deck for outdoor space. Coffee & Tea to get you started. Fully separate and complete 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our home. Onsite parking can be arranged for guests with cars however there are 3 apartments in the building and only 2 spots so it is reserved on a first come, first served basis. Please enquire at time of reservation. Although we don't live at this house full-time, we are always available by phone or email. We do come and go throughout the week so we will make every effort to meet you at some point. Guest will use a lockbox to access keys. Located in the vibrant Leslieville area, the apartment is a short distance to the Indian Bazaar, the busy vibe of Chinatown East, the quaint shops of Queen Street East, and the eateries of Greektown on the Danforth. Or spend the day at the lake - walking distance to Abridges bay, Woodbine Park and the beach! Toronto's diversity at its' best. Literally seconds to the 24 hour streetcar stop which will take you downtown in about 15 minutes. 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to the closest Subway station (Greenwood). 88 Walking score - Very Walkable (Most errands can be accomplished on foot). 84 Transit Score - Excellent Transit (Transit is convenient for most trips). 87 Bike Score - Very Bikeable (Flat as a pancake, excellent bike lanes). This home has been our renovation project for the past 3 years. Everything in this apartment is new or close to it. We are currently working on a separate apartment in this home. Please be respectful of noise travel to other apartments.
