Holiday rentals with a patio in Hoàn Kiếm Lake

The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I really liked the apartment with a very quiet location and facing west lake. You can see that the apartment is new and very well maintained by the owner, who by the way was very quick in messages when helping us find the apartment. The place was exactly as shown in the photos and is relatively close to the old neighborhood. We only had problems with the Wi-Fi, but it wasn't that bad. Anyway, I highly recommend the apartment.

Such a great, beautiful, and clean hotel. Felt like home! Everything you could need for a long stay. We loved that there was free washer and dryer available. The gym was small, but still usable with great views on the top floor. Location was in the alley close to a very busy street. A little bit noisy, but we slept just fine. Not many good restaurants close by, you'd have to walk at least 10-15 minutes or take a grab/ taxi. But it's still close and convenient. 35 mins from the airport. Great internet connection for remote work and nice big TV for streaming movies and shows.

Definitely worth the price, very close to everything in Hanoi. I didn’t have to travel more than 10mins to get to all the main attractions. Will definitely come back

We loved our stay at Thuy Hoa’s house. It’s close to the lake and coffee shops, but away from the bustle of the Old Quarter. We arrived on the weekend and the street was pedestrian only. Even with weekday traffic, it’s really quiet inside so we slept well. It’s on Book Street, which adds a lovely character to the place. Once you head down the small alley and climb the stairs you notice there is a whole community back there, including the oldest bookshop in Hanoi I believe. There’s a washing machine and outdoor hanging space, and a large TV to watch Netflix or YouTube from a comfy lounge. It was perfect for us, 2 couples. I would certainly recommend Thuy Hoa’s place if you are in Hanoi.

This was the nicest stay we had in Hanoi. Jesse’s place is exactly as it looks in the pictures and it was clean, with a comfy bed. We were really impressed by Jesse’s communication- the couple of questions we had were answered within minutes. The apartment is above an excellent coffee shop (seriously, great coffee) and a 2 mins walk to train street, or 10 min walk to beer street. We found it to be very quiet at night, so slept well. We won’t hesitate to stay here again!

Lovely stay at Rosie's! Extremely close proximity to Beer Street and all the busy hostels and hotels that go with it. Despite this, there wasn't any noise at night and the room felt safe and secluded. Great communication from Rosie, easy in and out! She even booked me a ride to the airport on the way out. Very helpful.

This is a great spot to be centralized in Hanoi! We felt right in the middle of all that the city has to offer. There is so much right outside the door, but we felt very secure and private in this home. Tons of space for our family of 5. Great home base for enjoying Hanoi :)

This place was a lucky find for us. Convenient, memorable, well-located. We loved the style and decor of the place. There are 4 floors with multiple layouts, which works out well for a big family because it affords privacy but you still feel all together. The location is right next to Hoan Kiem but tucked away down an alley so with a little peace and quiet. I loved looking out on Hanoi from the rooftop. The hosts were super flexible about a bunch of things and helped accommodate our two year old as well. They arranged taxis for all our major trips and helped out with advice about timing and locations. A standout experience!

The management team are friendly, even the house have 5 floors but still somwhat feels small due to the space was built vertically as how typical Vietnamese building is. It is a beautiful place for those who like to experience local way of life. The roof top bath is a great idea, and I did enjoy it while I'm here. However, if the bathtub can have some polish would be nice, it was not dirty by any means, just dusty from sitting outdoors. The location is great if you want to explore old town Hanoi. Overall worth the stay.

We had a terrific stay! The place is fantastic: clean, bright, and comfortable. The common area and primary bedroom are especially roomy and the two smaller bedrooms are cozy. The neighborhood is fantastic and the location of the flat is ideal. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful. On an unexpectedly cold morning, I asked about extra blankets, which were delivered within the hour. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location in Hanoi.

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

The bed is really great. 5 star hotel level. It's usually a cheap Airbnb bed, but it's either here or. Spring is also normal. It's unfortunate that the host needs to update the photos. The actual photos of the listing are much better. The current photo is an old one. Toilet. The room is so clean. It is an interior that feels like a hotel. Green Bay itself is so well located. Meading is also 5 minutes away. There is no place like this for Koreans. There are 3-4 Vietnamese restaurants in the Green Bay. There are 3-4 convenience stores. The bakery is amazing. It's really cheap. Lotte Mart. Wynmart. Looking at the price of the Bread Factory and fainted when you come here. So delicious and cheap. Highland coffee as well. There are also 2-3 more other cafes. I can't hear the car and it's quiet. Hyeja. You know, an expensive neighborhood If you go, cafe, bread, and restaurants are all expensive. There's no noise here. Contact. Meading is also within 5-8 minutes of Grabtag. There's a big lake, so it runs. The walk is good. The complex itself is large, but the Indian, where people go, is spacious and cleanly decorated. Korean is an expensive West Point. Don't stay in Decapital, grab a place to stay in Green Bay. The price here is cheap and the environment is good and everything is good. I've only been to the hotel in Hanoi for 3 weeks and 5 times. Green Bay is a great place to get around while staying quiet after leaving the value for money. Of course, Seoho. If you think about Hoan Kiem, you can't hold this area of Miding to the accommodation. Anyway, the place is clean and nice.

Very good house and service

the host was quite kind and had a good communication with us. the apartment is spacious and clean. the building has a big mart on the 1st floor and helped us a lot :) I recommend this place for people have a plan to visit this area, Hanoi

I stayed for 3 weeks. It was a second Korean village apartment in Midding, so I could see dozens of Koreans every day, and the security of the building was thorough. There were convenience stores, pharmacies, Korean restaurants, and Korean supermarkets on the first floor of the building, and there were Korean laundry, Korean night restaurants, Korean bakeries, Saemaeul Restaurant, Hong Kong Spot, Dukki Tteokbokki, Heidi Lao, and Korean butcher shop in the complex, so it was like living in Korea. The apartments in Ho Chi Minh City had a lot of noise between the walls, but it was quiet between floors and walls, and there was a lake in the picture, so the view from the house was good, and it was good to go out and run. Midding is very close, and it was convenient to be able to move to Hoan Kiem or Lotte Mart for 3-4,000 won by Uber. The only drawback was that it was under a dozen or so soccer fields, so the only downside was that people playing soccer until late every day were a bit noisy. I intend to revisit very high.
