This 2.5-room flat close to the city, with free parking, is in a very quiet location on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and a 5-minute walk to the lakeside promenade. You can therefore reach the city of Lucerne in 8 minutes, or you can walk the entire way along the popular lakeside promenade in around 15 minutes. The house is old, and a faint musty odour can be detected, which very sensitive individuals should take into account when booking. The furnishing is modern.

You can get to Engelberg with its spectacular Mount Titlis in 45 minutes, not to mention a number of other major attractions. The building is situated in a very calm area with farmers in the neighborhood. 5-10 min. walk to the grocery store.
