This three-room annex flat, with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen, is located in the former rural school building, which was fully renovated in 2016. Surrounded by nature and with views of the local mountains, you can enjoy peace and quiet! The city of Lucerne can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Various excursion destinations nearby. A CAR IS NECESSARY AS THERE IS NO BUS SERVICE. (Uber/taxi) Our conference room for companies is located in the central section. We live on the top floor in our own flat, with two children.

Comfortable stay in a historic house

This 2.5-room flat close to the city, with free parking, is in a very quiet location on a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and a 5-minute walk to the lakeside promenade. You can therefore reach the city of Lucerne in 8 minutes, or you can walk the entire way along the popular lakeside promenade in around 15 minutes. The house is old, and a faint musty odour can be detected, which very sensitive individuals should take into account when booking. The furnishing is modern.

You can get to Engelberg with its spectacular Mount Titlis in 45 minutes, not to mention a number of other major attractions. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Untergeschoss des Hauses. Neue Unterkunft in Mehrfamilienhaus, Baujahr 2018 mit privatem Eingang zum Untergeschoss. Ruhige, ländlicher Lage mit Bauernhöfen in der Nachbarschaft. The accommodation is situated in the basement of the house. New house built in 2018 with private access to the basement. The building is situated in a very calm area with farmers in the neighborhood. 5-10 min. walk to the grocery store.

Large 2.5 room apartment right on the lake

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.

Relaxation in the countryside with breakfast

Our house is quietly and idyllically located on the edge of a forest at the foot of the Lindenberg. The two guest rooms with two beds each, shower/toilet, lounge, balcony are in the new building and thus have their own entrance. Hohenrain is located between Lucerne and Lenzburg and between Sursee and Cham/Zug.
