Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

The traditionally furnished holiday home “Lärchnhittl” is situated on a farm in Aschbach, a rural area in the mountains near Merano (Meran) and is ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays in the beautiful scenery of South Tyrol. The 58 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a wood fired oven and a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms with French double bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, storage room, bathroom (2 sinks, toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub) Garden: grill, dining area and lawn. Use of the washing machine by arrangement. The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.

The holiday home “Ferienhaus in der Blaiche” is located in St. Leonhard Passeier and stretches over 3 storeys. The chalet with a stunning mountain view consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television, a children's bed and a highchair.

Mountain hut at 1100 meters above sea level, 6 km from Grosio, 20 km from Bormio with the possibility to reach other goals such Livigno and Tirano (red Bernina train). For the nature lovers there is the possibility to organize excursions on foot along the paths of our valley.
