Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Hoffman Estates

Awesome place to stay. It was very clean and in a perfect place to explore the city. Great restaurants right nearby but also close to train stops for easy access to other areas. TAIMS was always super responsive.

I needed a local place to stay while my apartment was being renovated, and this spot was perfect – homey and very clean! The unit I stayed in was slightly different from the photos, but the decor and layout were similar (as noted in the listing). It's located in a quieter part of River North but still super convenient, with Whole Foods, CVS, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again!

STAY HERE - no regrets. The apt building was easy to find with a pull thru drive to unload luggage and a lobby for my family to wait in while I parked. Parking was affordable and close by using the app as suggested, many within a 10-minute walk. Getting the key was easy and the apartment was clean and tidy, exactly as described. The city view was stunning, you can see Lake Michigan and on a very gusty morning we could see the massive wave whitecaps from the window. Plenty of household items available from plates and cups to linens and soap. The building was well maintained, safe and the residents friendly. The amenities (pool, gym, bball court, *jacuzzi was not open yet) and the rooftop lounge and views were all great! Stephanie was attentive and touched base a few times to check in, but we didn't need anything! Location is walkable to much of the city-the Willis tower, Millenium Park and the Shedd Aquarium/Field Museum. Train is close too! Target is literally next door- so handy!

Lovely spacious apartment, we were in Chicago for the marathon and this place was perfect. Travelling downtown was really easy on the blue line. Great host and great communication, thank you!

Very easy for a local who needed a different place to stay during a remodel

Easy check in and very clean place. The views are lovely and it's a comfortable apartment.

Very comfortable bed, we did not use the kitchen but it was very roomy. Jay immediately responded and gave us a new code when we couldn’t open the door. The WiFi needed to be reset but it did not affect us, since we were up and out early, and returned late. The parking permits were very comfortable convenient.

Great kitchen for making meals for the family and easy walk to the train station to go places.

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

I try to stay here every time I am in Chicago. The place is beautiful, the location is awesome, and the hosts are absolute angels. This past weekend they could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I had a weather-related travel snafu and first they let me leave late, then allowed me to stay another night, then let me keep my bags at their place while we explored the city after check-out before leaving for our nighttime flight. Letting us do all that would be more than enough but every time I contacted them they got back to me within 5 minutes at most which really took a load off my mind. They could not be better hosts.

WWWWOOOWWW!! This host team was EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve stayed in plenty of AirBnBs, and I’ve NEVER encountered a host that was so EXTREMELY accommodating, responsive, and kind! Other hosts should take a page out of their book! The only thing I would change, and it’s not a bad thing (just a matter of preference); I would have some type of blinds or drapes over the living room windows. This will allow for privacy when you’re sitting in the living/dining room areas at night with the lights on inside. Hands down, we would without a doubt book with this team again! This place was absolutely perfect for a wedding in the area. It’s close to the action and the breakfast at Abbey Springs was delicious. Beds are comfy, couches are even comfier, and the screened porch allowed for peaceful vibes on an early fall weekend. Nancy and Fred’s accommodations were perfect and I can’t thank them enough!

Great place to stay if you visit your daughter or son at Northwestern. The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable, super quiet, walkable distance from commodities. The communication with Mihyun was flawlessly, proactive, helpful. She offered flexibility on check in/out time as well as responsive advice on the surroundings. Thank you, Michelle

This home was amazing. The photos are great but when I got to the home, I was wowed! Huge and cozy and it made me and my partner feel welcome and right at home. I tend to be anal with cleanliness and this home totally met my expectations...it still has that new home feeling. Lori was super responsive...she answered all of my questions and even allowed me to have a late checkout for my birthday. This was a wonderful staycation for me. Thank you so much Lori...I truly appreciate it! I definitely recommend this home to others to stay!

Beautiful stylish house! We loved the decor and the amount of space, we slept comfortably and enjoyed the fireplace. We went to DeKalb to spend holidays close to my family and we enjoyed this house so much. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

A hidden gem! We booked this for our getting ready space for our wedding. There was plenty of room for my husband and two boys to get ready in without feeling crowded. We are definitely keeping this on our list of places to stay when we are in town again.

We enjoyed Tawny's home. I am very picky about cleanliness and feel uncomfortable in an Airbnb with unkept bathrooms...we all have seen it. This place was spotless. The beds were comfortable & linens were clean and cozy. And the showers and bathrooms had no "yuck" in the cracks and crevices! The home is very spacious and comfortable. The gym was nice. We did not use outside amenities or the very nice porch, the weather just wasn't accommodating. We were there to just hang out and relax. The house is very close to all services and stores. Dining is close whether going out or delivery. The home has everything you need, it is cozy, spacious, has a very well kept & equipped kitchen; and again, it is CLEAN! One suggestion, maybe a pullout wall mirror in a bathroom. For up close makeup application so don't have to lean over sink, for short people like me. I would say overall, this was one of the cleanest Airbnb I have rented. Was a wonderful stay & Def. Would Recommend for any occasion!

Very nice place to host our large family Christmas gathering. Plenty of room for everybody. The game room was very much appreciated and well used.

Great location, clean and most important affordable.

I appreciated the little touches including free snacks and drinks, a baby high chair and toys for them to play with. And the gym in the basement was very welcome!
