Only 100 meters to the first tee of the golf course “Bades Huk“. From here, the marina with beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Equally close are secluded natural and sandy beaches. From our apartment, the view from the panoramic sitting area sweeps over the newly renovated golf course, the Baltic Sea to the island of Poel. The equestrian facility “Glanz Equestrian” is located in the village. Our small residential complex with three units and private terrace has 1000 square meters of land and direct access to the golf course.

Our restored, half-timbered house in the village centre of Christinenfeld is only four kilometres away from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. The cozy apartment Dorfstraße 8 has a wooden floor, south-facing terrace and garden access. A separate outbuilding features table tennis and table football. The Klützer Winkel region offers white beaches, wild cliffs and a wide, hilly landscape with sea views. Wismar and Lübeck with their famous old towns (both UNESCO World Heritage Sites) are close.

The bungalow is in a quiet location - it is only about 850 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and car parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. Our lovingly furnished apartment in an idyllic village location offers space for 2-5 adults or parents with a child on approx. 70 m². A steel staircase leads to the entrance on the upper floor. A terrace-like balcony offers views of the Mecklenburg countryside. It invites you to take long walks or bike rides in beautiful nature. The beach in Hohen Wischendorf or in the Wohlenberger Wiek, golf course and equestrian facility can be reached in 20 minutes by bike.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.

Haus Ahlma is centrally located in Boltenhagen, only about 350 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the spa park. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.
