Magical golf course apartment with sea view

Only 100 metres to the first tee on the "Bades Huk" golf course. The marina with a bathing beach and restaurants are within walking distance. The secluded natural and sandy beaches are just as close. From our apartment, the view from the panoramic sitting area sweeps over the newly renovated golf course and the Baltic Sea to the island of Poel. The "Glanz Equestrian" riding facility is located in the village. Our small residential complex with three units and its own terrace has a 1000 m² plot and direct access to the golf course.

The holiday home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the same. Ice house of the manor house. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, canoe, rowing boat, stand-up paddle, table tennis and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. From the jetty or boat you can fish or swim. To the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin as well as to Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km.

The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager.
