Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

You will be staying in the old mineral water factory, surrounded by fields, with a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a spring park and a large swimming pool (free of charge in summer). You can enjoy country life at its best on this two-sided farm, stroke our horses or swim in Lake Werbener See.
