Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Holgate

2nd time staying at Peddlers Den and there will definatley be a 3rd. It’s such a lovely place and Rachel is so helpful & attentive. It’s very clean, tidy, peaceful, the surroundings are a delight. Little hamper on arrival of Prosecco, chocolate and crisps on arrival in a basket was a lovely touch. The fresh eggs off the farm also were beaut.

John is an absolutely brilliant host and a top bloke too...from the moment we arrived john was there to greet us with a very friendly warm welcome and a little tour of everything there is, including the cool little barn playroom with a good pool table and just a very quirky feel to it. The cabin is a lovely little place inside and out...although I'm not a keen camper and this was my first time glamping as such john was there on call at 11pm just to come over give us a hand at getting the fire set just perfect for us.. We will be back at some point but next time will try one of the rooms instead of the cabin (plus I won't have to drag you out near on midnight again haha) All in all we've had a brilliant time and would 100% recommend this place to anyone! Ps...he supports a great football team too 🙌🏼

What a lovely place. Stayed on business trip and absolutely perfect for all my needs and for my dog. A wonderful welcome by the host who explained everything in detail and showed me around. All fenced off - secure for me and my dog for total peace of mind. All personable and private on my stay. Fully supplied for all my need, my dog and more than I expected. Roomy and cosy for my needs. Lovely bed. Furnishings all to an exceptional standard. I felt very safe and my dog was settled throughout. This is my go to for all my future business trips. And plans already being made for holiday with family in a cottage. Many thanks katie. Perfect in everyway.

Accommodation as described- very clean, great use of space, everything you needed. Location- quiet, lovely environment, easy access to York. Park n Ride a breeze. Communication- good but minimal as didn't need to ask any questions. Good instructions. Excellent break away. Would highly recommend this. Many thanks Sam.

Second time here really enjoyed our stay

Wild camping in a field full of sheep with panoramic views. What an experience! We absolutely loved our stay especially my son who kept mimicking the sheep! It’s extremely peaceful, everyone was respectful. We had one slight issue and Alice was quick to sort it, she’s a wonderful host. We would definitely come back, thanks for having us!

Such a special place. Embedded within nature but with all the home comforts. I love how spacious the location was and that it was completely private. Perfect for me and my partner to recharge and enjoy our anniversary. Gary is an excellent host. He was super attentive and helpful throughout the trip. Highlights were definitely the hottub, the skylight in the bedroom and of course wild swimming. We will certainly be back!

We had a comfortable stay at Dove Cottage. The location is lovely and quiet, and great for exploring Harrogate. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout, and we found the place and checked in easily. Thanks!
