Guesthouse in the Meierhof

The Guesthouse is situated in the Meierhof, an auxiliary building next to the castle. The castle park and gardens are adjacent to the Meierhof and are open to the public. There are two tenniscourts in Mühlbach, where we can reserve slots for you in advance. There are many leisurely hikes in our area and Kamptal, Wachau, Waldviertel and Weinviertel with beautiful old town centers (Krems, Strass, Hadersdorf, Eggenburg, ...), popular wineries and wine taverns are easily accessible by bike or car.

Artsy guest suite in Hollabrunn

The guest suite of a private house is located in a quiet rural area 50 km north of Vienna, in Hollabrunn, within a 5 min walk from the train station. Trains run every hour and reach Vienna city centre in 45 min. Hollabrunn is a typical small town in the centre of Austria’s largest wine-growing region (Weinviertel), 20 km south of the border to Czechia. The suite encompasses an entire floor (70m²) with a separate entrance, a courtyard (120m²) and a garden (300m²). Children and pet friendly.

The holder house was the cattle shepherd's house from 1913-71. In the fall of 2013, a complete renovation was carried out, in which the original appearance of the building was preserved. So it ducks from the street with small windows and opens to the right of the front door (after distancing from walls and the ceiling) into a spacious, light-flooded kitchen/living/dining room of 70 m ². In the former stable on the left there are bedroom, bathroom, toilet with windows in the 1500 m2 garden.

Our 200-year-old town villa offers 200 m² of living space on 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people. Especially for cyclists/groups, free e-charging station for EVs and families with children and pets. Chilling on the terrace, barbecuing in the small garden or cozy partying in your own party/wine cellar (about 18 m²) are ready for you! Since the bedrooms on the upper floor can only be reached via a few steps, we are only partially suitable for people with special needs.

From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. 20 km to Horn, 28 km to Krems, 60 km to Vienna. The apartment can accommodate 6 people with a pull-out couch. A double bed, 2 single beds in the same room and a couch in the living room. Parking directly in front of the house, the Franz Josef Railway in Limberg is 4 km away, so you can reach Vienna and Tulln by train in a short time.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it!
