Monthly Rentals in Holly Lake

It worked out great to stay at for my nieces wedding weekend instead of a hotel room. We had room to move around with 6 of us there. Very quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Overall a cute house, nicely decorated.

Lloyd was a great host with great communication all the way through!

Holly and Leo's place was STUNNING. We were passing through and stayed for one night on our move across the country. The only complaint I have is that we couldn't stay longer! The home was gorgeous, spacious, and clean. The surrounding neighborhood is adorable.. Would absolutely stay here again.

We spent two weeks at Kits and found the apartment perfect for our needs. The place is comfortable for 2 people, clean, with good accommodations. Large refrigerator with ice maker. The apartment stayed cool ( late June) even when we left for the day and turned off the air. Never had to adjust the thermostat below 74 degrees. Location is excellent. Easy, access to 435 and 35 making it fast and convenient to get to anywhere in KC. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were welcoming. McDonalds , Pizza Hut and restaurants nearby. Kit is a great host and was available when we had a question. We will definitely stay here again.
