The main house features a sunny sitting room with comfy sofas, big TV and open fire. The family room stretching across the rear of the cottage is open plan incorporating the kitchen (with an Aga), dining area and squishy sofas with a TV. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (super king and king beds) and a third light- filled room with two single beds.

Set in peaceful no through country lane, in a private garden, accessed through an oak gate, surrounded by trees, with internal parking space.

The Old Paper Mill

Peaceful, romantic barn conversion in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner - get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Old Paper Mill was once the drying room for a Victorian paper Mill. It sits on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
