This unique pair of brand new passive style houses are conveniently located along the view side of town overlooking Kachemak Bay, the Homer Spit, and the core of town. It embodies passive design and incredible light with floor to ceiling south facing view windows in bedrooms as well as open plan great rooms in each unit. It is conveniently located ½ mile from the hospital and ⅔ mile to the middle of town. Living space is on two levels with floor to ceiling windows for bedrooms and great rooms.
