Cathy's Little Farm loft is a 500 sq ft apartment inside a storage barn on a wooded country acre. Fully appointed two story space offers peace and quiet. It is located close to I57, Walmart, Community College, Airport, Fair Grounds, National Guard Training Center, 15 minutes from Olivet, 60 miles south of Chicago. King size bed and twin size sofa sleeper upstairs, full size sleeper sofa in living room. Well equipped full size kitchen and laundry. Large lawn, gardens, and chickens to enjoy.

Arnie’s Place is a perfect place for a couples get away, girls trip, small gatherings, a few nights stay for sporting events, a quiet place to relax and unwind.

This property too unique to describe properly. Waynetown is 1 mile from Interstate 74 for easy overnight access. No traffic, no light - 2 minutes and you can get gas before you get back on the highway. There is a gas station, grocery store, post office and bank all within walking distance of the unit. No smoking or pets.

Step back into history when you stay at the old Oxford Bank building, vaulted ceilings, original hard wood floors, walk in closet and so much more! This historic building was built in 1891 and was robbed by the John Dillinger Gang in the 1930’s. In the heart of the downtown square with scenic brick roads and a beautiful green park across the street.

The Little House *Weekly/Monthly Special Rate*

Quiet little cottage is situated in the back of our large peaceful property. We are located outside of city limits with our cottage being bordered on one side by dense woods and several large oak trees shading the entire area. This cottage has it's own private driveway with easy one level access. It's common to have deer grazing in the yard during the early morning and evening hours. A great place to relax.

This is a beautiful country home located in a great area surrounded by peaceful farmland and animal pastures. The backyard is big enough to play outside games and offers a lot of shade. A beautiful fire pit area is a great place to gather. Grill out on the patio, and enjoy the peaceful country charm. The big west windows showcase beautiful Midwest sunsets.
