You are vacationing in a simple but charming miller's apartment of a historic water mill, surrounded by an extensive property in the small village of Viez in Mecklenburg. Right outside the door are hiking trails through forest, fields and to the Viez heath, which blooms pink in summer. Schwerin and Ludwigslust offer sights such as castles and museums. Several swimming lakes, one with a water ski facility, offer sporting variety in summer. In winter, a wood-burning barrel sauna right by the stream beckons.

Your 80 square meter apartment has a bright living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower and tub bathroom. The apartment is centrally located on the promenade and you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city harbor and the castle from the balcony, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The nearby city center attracts with theaters, museums and many gastronomic facilities. Your car can be parked in the underground garage upon request. Welcome to our stylish holiday apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort over approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two more guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open timber-framed walls and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

As the sun rises over the lake in the morning and bathes the water in golden hues, your holiday moment begins. The sparkling water is just a 5-minute walk away. This house's location makes it the perfect base for swimming trips to the lake or the Baltic Sea, fishing adventures, bike tours, and walks along picturesque lakeside paths.

Apartment "Gardenview" just outside Schwerin

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

Thoroughly renovated house in nature

Forget everyday life in this quiet space in the Elbtalaue Biosphere Reserve. The half-timbered house is located on our 6,500 sqm property on the outskirts of Sumte. It was completely renovated in 2022-2023 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Feel free to use our garden, make a fire pit, admire the sunset from the terrace or make yourself comfortable inside on 100 square meters. We have plenty of tips ready for you to discover here.

Idyllic farmhouse on the lake in the Elbe valley

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

Take a holiday in the heart of the historic old town. This cosy and also super centrally located apartment is in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for trips or excursions of any kind. The castle; the theater; the cathedral; restaurants; cafes, public transport, etc. are a stone's throw away. With its 2.5 light-filled rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to six people.
