We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

The spacious, covered balcony is a real treat by making it possivle to appreciate the unique view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Hohe Salve even on rainy days

In the suite with garden category, you will find a 45m2 apartment for up to 4 persons with separate bedroom, king size double bed and living-dining area equipped with a high quality double sofa bed. The apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area, a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower, and a 10 m² terrace for an outdoor dinner overlooking the adjoining 60 m² garden.

The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
