We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

The apartment is located in the hiking and recreational paradise of Kelchsau in the middle of the Hohe Salve holiday region. The small village is located in an idyllic side valley, where you can expect unspoiled nature, quaint farms and secluded mountain peaks. The apartment is in the basement (basement) of the house and has its own entrance incl. Parking. "Lilly Fein" is lovingly decorated, has a new and fully equipped kitchen and has a storage oven with a viewing window for romantic hours.

The holiday apartment lies on the first floor and offers a total size of 78m2 incl. balcony. It comprises 2 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, a sitting/dining area and a new bathroom. There is a further small bedroom with a bunk-bed which is accessible through one of the other bedrooms and allows bookings for up to 6 persons. The spacious, covered balcony is a real treat by making it possivle to appreciate the unique view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Hohe Salve even on rainy days

Into the centre, it is a walk about a few minutes and to the nearest cable car your drive by car just about 5 minutes, which transported you up in the Kitzbueheler Alps.

In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with seating area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is usual in Tyrolean farmhouses), a bathroom, separate toilet, a small terrace with direct access to the fenced garden

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located directly on the Tyrolean Ache, you can enjoy your vacation here with the wonderful sound of the stream. The apartment is small and fine and the ideal pole position in summer for biking, golfing and hiking. In winter, you are right at the lift. The ski bus stops very close to the accommodation. You can walk along the Ache to the village center in a few minutes and enjoy Tyrolean hospitality.

Many interesting activities await you off the slopes, too: ski touring, ice climbing, snowshoe hikes, tobogganing on the Gaisberg...

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

In the Junior Suite Accessible category, you can expect an apartment of over 40 m² for up to four people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality double sofa bed. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy seating area, an accessible bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer as well as a 15 m² terrace with plenty of seating for an outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.
