We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

The apartment is located in the hiking and recreational paradise of Kelchsau in the middle of the Hohe Salve holiday region. The small village is located in an idyllic side valley, where you can expect unspoiled nature, quaint farms and secluded mountain peaks. The apartment is in the basement (basement) of the house and has its own entrance incl. Parking. "Lilly Fein" is lovingly decorated, has a new and fully equipped kitchen and has a storage oven with a viewing window for romantic hours.

The holiday apartment lies on the first floor and offers a total size of 78m2 incl. balcony. It comprises 2 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, a sitting/dining area and a new bathroom. There is a further small bedroom with a bunk-bed which is accessible through one of the other bedrooms and allows bookings for up to 6 persons. The spacious, covered balcony is a real treat by making it possivle to appreciate the unique view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Hohe Salve even on rainy days
