Alstom 1.5 mi; Alfred U and college 11 mi; St. James Hospital 2.5 mi; & Keuka Lake 30 mi. Restaurants and pubs are close by. Two guests are welcome in the second floor studio (outside stairs). The Nook offers a full bed, a fully equipped kitchen and separate bath with stand up shower. Perfect for traveling Dr.’s or nurses. This unit carries an animal exemption.

There is no stove in the kitchen but an extra large convection oven, microwave, hotplace and air fryer, to satisfy your cooking needs.

The entrance to the apartment has mats for shoes or boots and hooks for coats and backpacks. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath with a tub and shower attached. There has been a smart tv added to the bedroom wall since the pictures were taken. On the garment rack there are extra pillows, linens and a fleece blanket for your convenience. The living room has a half bath, “Murphy “bed and furniture to relax or watch tv. The kitchen is small and equipped to prepare simple meals.
