A beautiful cottage, which is our dream come true, that we are happy to share with you. The cottage, built in 1919, has undergone a complete extensive renovation (2023), which has made the building an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a pleasant, even family and comfortable environment from which you will not want to return home, just like us and our family. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše National Park - the cottage is surrounded by forest on two sides.

Tato půvabně vyzdobená, v zimě předehřátá chalupa se třemi prostornými pokoji - jeden s krbem - všechny s elektrickym topením - nabízí klid a je ideálním místem pro rodiny s dětmi nebo milovníky umění a přírody. Nachází se v blízkosti malebných horských měst (Jilemnice, Semily, Vrchlabí) a četných lyžařských středisek včetně Sněžky, nejvyššího vrcholu v ČR. 30 km od lokality je přírodní rezervace Český ráj, která nabízí celou řadu krásných trekingových, horolezeckých a raftingových zážitků.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Welcome to a charming cottage in Szczepanów, located in the heart of Lower Silesia. Our facility is an excellent starting point for 4-5 people, both for family holidays and remote work. Location The cottage is in a quiet area. Nearby you will find many attractions, such as: Karpacz (30 minutes) – for lovers of mountain hiking and winter sports. Lake Bukowskie – Relaxation, fishing, swimming Attractions of Lower Silesia – castles, palaces, caves and numerous hiking trails…

Modern House with Sauna in the heart of Krkonoše

This modern house, built in 2015, is a part of semi-detached house and is located 10 min walk from the parking lot near the cable car lift to Snezka. Skibus stop is located 100 metres from the house. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.

Welcome to a 48 sqm apartment, situated 200 meters from the National Park of Giant Mounts border. It is the only apartment in this building. Below there is a sauna for Guests and a private garage. You will find here place for up to 4 Guests. We installed central heating and a fireplace. Apartment Jagodka has a sunny 10 sqm balcony, living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, elegant bathroom and a bedroom. There is also a free parking place for Your car/cars.

Relax in the very center of Szklarska (5 minutes walk to Lidl, 7 minutes to pubs and restaurants, close to the Jakuszyce route) in a fully equipped flat (fridge, dishwasher, stove, kitchen equipment, towels, TV, internet).
