Accommodation in a quiet place in the foothills of the Krkonoše Mountains. The bedroom has a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed (mattress placed on the floor). Parking right next to the house (you will pass through the open gate). The last 200 m of the access road may be in poor condition, muddy/frozen/snowy, but with caution passable, depending on the current weather. If there is a lot of snow, it may be impassable, in this case we recommend parking about 250 m from the house. If you have questions, call us, we will be happy to answer :)

A beautiful cottage, which is our dream come true, that we are happy to share with you. The cottage, built in 1919, has undergone a complete extensive renovation (2023), which has made the building an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a pleasant, even family and comfortable environment from which you will not want to return home, just like us and our family. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše National Park - the cottage is surrounded by forest on two sides.

Dům leží v nadmořské výšce 625 metrů na jihozápadním úbočí Černé hory 450 metrů od centra obce Černý Důl a 750 metrů od lyžařského areálu. K domu přiléhá oplocená zahrada s posezením, houpačkami pro děti, grilem, udírnou a venkovním ohništěm. Dům je v klidné části ve svahu nad obcí. V místě se nachází obchod s potravinami, restaurace, půjčovny kol a lyží, zastávka hromadné dopravy a ski busů do Janských Lázní a Pece pod Sněžkou. Před domem je vyhrazené parkoviště pro dvě vozidla hostů.

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. A secluded, original, charming place to stay and relax for both two and the family. Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Beautiful views of the Chojnik Castle and the Karkonosze Mountains. There are rural buildings and farms in the area. Close to hiking trails and great cycling routes :) Wi-Fi on site, high-speed fiber optic Internet :) I highly recommend it!!!

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
