Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.

Our modern two bedroom, two bath lake house is ideally located in Horseshoe Bay, a 5 minute walk from lake LBJ. There is a 3rd queen size wall bed in the living room to accommodate up to 6 adults. We have high speed reliable internet and WiFi with Tesla charging in a 2 car garage. There is a unique high fidelity audio system and 3 televisions. Our house backs up to Escondido and is about a mile away from Cap Rock resort/golf.
