Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis at the foot of the Vercors facing the mountains. New 20 m² studio, fully equipped with separate bedroom area, kitchenette and shower room and toilet. A relaxation and dining area located outside is reserved for you, it is about 100 m² The studio has a separate entrance in the basement of a villa, you can park right in front. It is very bright with a ceiling height of 2.05 m (be careful the shower is 1.95 m high)

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.
