Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis at the foot of the Vercors facing the mountains. New 20 m² studio, fully equipped with separate bedroom area, kitchenette and shower room and toilet. A relaxation and dining area located outside is reserved for you, it is about 100 m² The studio has a separate entrance in the basement of a villa, you can park right in front. It is very bright with a ceiling height of 2.05 m (be careful the shower is 1.95 m high)

This spacious and completely renovated old barn offers exceptional views. You'll love the place because of the ambiance, because here it's a real encounter between stone and wood. Welcome to the Pègues gîte, between countryside and mountains. Come and recharge your batteries for a little while. You will be welcomed in a warm, fully equipped studio in a renovated old farmhouse overlooking the Vercors and Royans.
