Cottage includes 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room, and laundry area with full sized washer and dryer. The living room has satellite TV. Bluetooth speakers are wired into the common space. There is a one time $75 cleaning fee and a $100 pet fee (if applicable).
