Nice condo with a small bedroom with a large bed and a nice and bright living room. Located close to the metro (less than 5 minutes walking) with every commodities around (shops, restaurants, bars etc.). I am only renting it during my vacations so most of my stuff will be there. Yon can use everything that's in it as long as you are careful with it. No party's allowed and don't drink my wine ;-). Netflix account included <3. Smoking is allowed so it may smell a bit There are explicit artworks.

Ce magnifique appartement de 100m2 pourra confortablement accueillir jusqu'à trois personnes. Vous entrez tout d'abord dans le salon, spacieux et lumineux avec sa vue sublime sur Notre Dame, il s'ouvre sur une terrasse fleurie qui communique avec un long balcon accessible depuis chaque pièce de l'appartement. Une personne pourra dormir dans le salon puisqu'il dispose d'un lit simple de 90x200.

It is a superb typically Parisian flat, uniquely decorated and very well located, close to Opéra Ganier and Moulin Rouge. Offering a very large space of 1776 square feet (165 square meters), very rare in Paris, it consists in 6 rooms, including 3 rooms, 4 bathrooms and can easily accomodate up to 5 persons.
