The apartment is one of 2 detached apartments on the 1st floor with common entrance with the permanent residents, but can be used completely independently. Residents of the house also include a dog, who does not have access to the apartments.

After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.
