The Den was a prefect location for us, being within a half hour's drive of all the places we needed to be. It was an extremely warm, clean, comfortable and equipped accommodation with everything and anything you could possible need for a stay of either days, weeks or months! Amanda was a fantastic host who made the time to welcome us and check we had everything we needed. We very much appreciated the tea, coffee and milk supplies - also the shortbread, fudge & wine! Our 11 year-old pretty much commandeered the TV once he realised there was access to Disney+ It was a brief, but extremely comfortable stay. We will definitely return on future visits to the area. Ruth was the perfect host, helpful from the moment we booked, right through to the holiday itself. The Bothy is exactly as it looks in the photos, homely and cosy. The surrounding area is amazing if you have kids who love to explore or just to get out with the dogs, it’s perfect and just what we wanted. Lots to do near by and lots of nice places to eat etc. day trips to Edinburgh etc are close by. We loved our stay with Ruth and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, peaceful break

Stayed for 3 nights. Accommodation was very easy to find and parking very close, the key pad entry system is great idea and very easy to use. Accommodation is as per the listing & listing photos, good use made of studio size space , well planned out accommodation and nicely fitted out. Really great location with Melrose centre on the door step, lots of places to eat and a small supermarket if you need any provisions. Melrose is a lovely borders village with great walks on the door step. Had a great weekend & lovely weather. Would recommend a weekend break at Erin’s studio.

It was such a pleasure to stay at Twin Law Cottage! The perfect place for our family of three and dog to relax after days out exploring the borders. The wood burner made for cosy nights in and the enclosed garden space offered the perfect exercise space for the dog with panoramic views of the local countryside. Super comfy beds made for a great night's sleep too. Thank you Emma!
