Centrally located, large house with garden

Sunny backyard, plenty of space in the house, quiet neighborhood, free parking, close to shops and station. It takes 8 minutes by train to get to Utrecht Centraal Centraal. Close to the A27, A2 and the A12. Within half an hour, drive to Amsterdam. The forest is within walking distance, and the beach is within cycling distance. There is a large trampoline in the back-garden. The house is suitable for a family (max. 5 people) and a good base to explore the Netherlands. Except for a locked room, our entire home is at your disposition!

If you prefer to cycle, you can reach the city center of Utrecht within 30 minutes. And close to roads like the A12 and A27. Within 100 meters you are in NIeuw Wulven, a forest where you can go cycling, hiking, bird spotting or playing with the children. A house equipped with every comfort in a quiet child-friendly neighborhood.

Basic guesthouse with comfortable beds. Sleeps 4 with private bathroom. On the grounds of our farmhouse. Situated in a rural area, but close to the city of Utrecht. Perfect location for bicycle lovers. Two bicycles can be used for free. More upon request. Stay green: This is a solar powered guesthouse. Although in a quiet rural street very close to the city of Utrecht. It will take you 15 minutes to bike right into the center of town, or 18 minutes by bus (and a walk to the bus stop).

Use of washing machine and dryer possible. Free parking. Nearby (7 min. by train) historic Utrecht. Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague less than an hour away. Beautiful walking and cycling routes. Short stay two guests are welcome. For longer the studio is convenient for one tenant.

Paradisiacal spot in Unesco river area

The daily price includes camping/tourist tax, towels and linens. The cottage is spacious and clean, comfortable, cozy & very suitable to get to yourself, each other, and/or a (creative) project. The basics (toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc. are provided. The tranquility & beauty of the area invite you to be outside. In the large flower garden, or on the lake, or hiking / biking / day trips to historic towns. Dogs are welcome, cats unfortunately not.

Spacious loft, a bright yet cozy room in the middle of nature, yet close to Utrecht, Amsterdam and centrally located in the middle of the country, you are welcome! This place is suitable for a family(mom and dad and two smaller children (12-14 years) or up to 3 adults. There are two separate beds, and a bunk bed. The bunk bed is in a separate room. We have several studios. The studios are on a farmyard. This is part of a larger building/annex.
