Monthly Rentals in Howard Beach, Queens

Spent 2 months here during my internship in midtown. 15min walk to the E train. Forest hills is a small calm little town with quite a bit around actually. John and nicki made it wonderful really felt at home and would 10/10 come again

Ercilia was an amazing host. She was extremely accommodating to a last minute change. The studio was exactly as described and the shower pressure was amazing! 10/10 would recommend.

Really beautiful apartment! Had everything I needed and was perfectly laid out. Felt so spacious! The bed was so comfortable. Washer and dryer were awesome. Very clean!! Beautiful sunsets! I stayed through the 4th of July and had a great view of fireworks from every direction as well. Any minor issues I had were met with urgency by Viancka and she was extremely responsive and helpful at all times. Amazing host to work with. The location is a bit iffy, lots of homeless outside the building, but the building itself is great, always a front desk man available so I felt very safe at all times. There’s a parking garage around the corner. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at this apartment for 10 days. Although we mostly spent our time in Manhattan, we managed to enjoy a cozy and peaceful atmosphere of this place. It had everything we needed: in the kitchen, in the bathroom etc. It is close to public transportation: as mentioned in description there is train A nearby, but one can also catch an express bus to Manhattan from Cross Bay blvd. Supermarkets and laundry are 5 to 10 min away walk. Neighbourhood is safe to walk. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend to everyone.
