Monthly Rentals in Hoyts Island

Had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to go back. This ended up being super close to my family and helped make my trip out so much better. Lisa was super nice and very quick to respond to questions. Everything was as described and the instructions and note were really helpful in getting me setup. I slept super comfy and felt right at home. I will definitely try to book this again the next time I’m out.

Had a wonderful weekend at Maryalice's place. The apartment is well apointed and welcoming. We enjoyed the hot tub, and extra snacks and drinks that our host generously provided. A very quick drive to local attractions in Kittery and Portsmouth Highly reccomend.

This was an incredible home that was perfect for our family. It had everything you could want and need, and walking distance to a great restaurant with a small provisions store as well. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect for my quick stay and a comfortable place to sleep after long days of work. Diedre was very kind and I appreciated the complimentary yogurt, granola bars, and natural toiletries. Her place is close to Portsmouth (8 minutes) where I was working and I had to pass through downtown Kittery (mile or so down the road) which I would’t have seen otherwise and found charming. Great bakery there called Lils and had an excellent dinner at Anju. Wish I had more time to explore Kittery.
