Nootchanok was one of the most pleasant, prompt and helpful hosts that I have ever stayed with. Her place felt homey immediately walking in the door. I can highly recommend staying at her place without hesitation. Awesome pool where we spent much of our time and located very close to the night markets. So very walkable....

We stayed in Bella’s place for a month. We enjoyed our stay there, Bella and Li were very responsive. The condo is clean, it is quite compact but has everything needed for a month’s living. The property management is very good with good security. We felt very safe staying there. Location is fine with access to green buses and within walking distance to Blueport, has a couple 711’s. On the whole it is a good experience.

Stayed at Jiruts apartment for 2 months - November 2024 to January 2025. Absolutely wonderful apartment with all facilities as described. Jurit responded immediately and was very, very helpful. Baan Suan Rim Sai is a well managed condo with great staff, wonderful pools and a great location right on the beach. Really close to Tamarind and Cicada night markets which are only a ten minute walk away. Easy to get to the hustle and bustle of the city centre by Baht Bus (15 baht). Closest convenience store, Tops is around a 5 minute walk away. Really good sized apartment which catered perfectly for the 2 of us (and 2 grandchildren at the weekends). We didn't want to leave but all good things come to an end unfortunately. Thank you Jirut.

Highly recommend this place at La Casita. Although small, the kitchen is portioned off from the bedroom and there is also a private balcony to sit on. The bed was comfy and the place was equipped with all we needed. La Casita itself is calm and serene with beautifully manicured gardens,absolutely amazing pool and good security. This was our second stay at La Casita and this time we noticed that there is a water dispenser in the laundry room that dispenses water 40l for 5 baht and also a coffee vending machine that dispenses amazing coffee with fresh milk for 40 baht. We also used grab to go to our restaurants of choice each night so had amazing foodie experiences with food and transport costing very little eg 70 baht for grab to the pier. You can also use the local baht buses to get around for 15 baht. Loved our stay here and will be back. Although you have to cross the busy road to get to the beach it is absolutely worth doing we had lovely beach walks every morning before our swim.
